Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

• Innerwear, lingerie, babydolls, briefs, thongs

• Products once opened, tried, or worn

✅ Returns Accepted Only If:

• Wrong product received

• Manufacturing defect

• Damaged product (proof required within 24 hours)

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
